Hey, I’m sure our kids will want to try this one tomorrow … especially since our toaster is broken, and we’ve been given all this lovely specialty bread (bakery outcasts) which is best toasted.

Looks great. Now my question is, “What difference does it make if the sandwich is not pressed? I thought the pressing (on my grill) was just in order to toast two sides at once and keep the heat in to help this process.

Hmmm, good question. I think it helps the cheese melt faster, but you know what, I really don’t know! :-)
